The company is said to have bought a two acre property in Electronic City, Bangalore. The update comes from an international property consultant, Savills India, that has contributed in the deal making. As per reports, the land will be utilized to build a residential township. The estimated size of the township would be 2 Lakh sq.ft with an overall cost of Rs 150 Crore. This is presumed to be one of the biggest investment of the company. Inspira Builders have so far, established residential properties in Sarjapur Road, JP Nagar and Shivamogga.

Its upcoming residential projects are located in places like Bannerghatta, Whitefield, Shivamogga, Carmelaram, Kodathi, Varthur, Singasandra, Coohasandra, IVC Road and Hassan Road. With its newest addition of Electronic City, the company is to benefit much. Electronic City is one of the prime locations in Bangalore that houses major IT and commercial hubs. Top MNCs and IT companies have their offices in tech parks such as, Wipro Technologies Campus, Infosys Campus, Tech Mahindra SEZ Park, Cyber Park, Salarpuria Infozone, TCS Think Campus and Gold Hill Supreme Park. Hence, the area is a profitable deal for all real estate investor and buyer.

For a decade it has attracted hundreds of IT professionals. The area as an employment hub has much to deliver to its residents. Electronic City lies at a close proximity to other important locations of Bangalore like HSR Layout, Harlur, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bommanahalli and so on. The locality is well connected by the Hosur Road, Elevated Expressway and the NICE Road. Heelalige Railway Station is the closest suburban railway station to the Electronic.City. The completion of Line- 3 (RV Road-Bommasandra) of Namma Metro Phase 2 will further enhance the connectivity of the location. The estimated date of completion of the project is 2023.

As per Savills India, getting the property was not easy. “This stalled project had various stakeholders to deal with; Savills team was instrumental in settling with all pending issues and landowner concerns to seal the deal,” as reported by the property consulting firm. Inspira Builders have claimed a great feat in real estate with its newest investment and upcoming project in the industrial hub. It is sure celebrated and rejoiced!
